Shipping Timeframe
We ship all orders within 2 to 3 business days.
Orders placed during weekend or public holidays will be shipped on the following working day.
You will be notified by email or SMS once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping fees, if applicable, will be charged at the checkout time.
Free shipping may be eligible under promotion offers or on eligible orders.

Returns and Exchanges

Return Window
Refunds need to be asked for within 7 days of receiving the product.
The products must be unused, in their original package, and tags or labels not cut.

Include your order number, reason for return, and photos if damaged
We will guide you through the remaining process and arrange collection if needed

Refunds
Refunds are made after we receive the returned product and inspect it.
Refunds will take a maximum of 7 business days to reflect in your account.
Non-refundable shipping cost except in the case of our mistake.
